Samo da proverim da li je put koji vodi ka helidromu završen, ili ste želeli da obeležite isti kao u izgradnji?

Ako je završen, obavezno mora da se ukloni tag "construction", a ako je u izgradnji, "highway" mora da ima vrednost "construction". Primer iz ovoga vašeg bi izgledao:

construction=residential
highway=construction

Takođe, razmislite da, ukoliko ovde nema kuća za stanovanje, prebacite put da bude "service".

Yes, I was referring to Article 45**. The way I see this, you could set conditional speed limits for different HGV categories.

maxspeed=130
maxspeed:hgv:conditional=90 @ (weight>7.5)

Since we have different speed limits for the HGV <7.5t, not sure how we can mark both speed limits at once. Topic regarding speed limits for different HGV categories is something that can be a subject of discussion on the Serbian Telegram group.

We can see that you were really active in this area. We would like to know where did you get the speed limits of the highways?

For example, we could see that you've put 60kph speed limits at the section of the road where it is 130kph.

If you were setting speed limits to yellow traffic signs, these are temporary because of the construction works.

Also, we can see that you have set HGV speed limits to 90 kph across the highway.

At the moment of writing this message, we do not have 90 kph traffic signs ANYWHERE in Serbia. If you wanted to set an implicit speed limit, it is regulated by the law. There are very different speed limits, which differ for the trucks >7.5t, and <7.5, if it has a trailer, etc.

I would create a new relation and include residential area as a polygon, but this node (1791553385) would be an admin_center. Does that make sense for you?

This makes us a problem since it is the capital city. I residential area isn't an administrative boundary, but we have to have something for the capital. Does that make sense?
