Hi, welcome to OSM and thanks for the edits. I've removed the duplicate nodes that were added for the Scholar and Scott, as the buildings were already tagged with the hotel info.

I've added the name back to be consistent with the other top up taps

https://www.mapillary.com/app/?pKey=311849047286073 just shows a pavement without any shared use signs, unless it has been widened I can't imagine things have changed since then.

Does way/123888940/ actually have a cycle track on one side or is it just a footway (pavement)?

If you want to add "pelican" then it should be tagged as crossing_ref=pelican instead, with crossing=traffic_signals.

Why have you changed way/428462927 to a path?

Don't think historic=manor is the correct tag for this...
