This has been reverted to be consistent with other buildings/POI in the area - especially as these POIs do not occupy the entire building.

I can fix it, or in the editor if you right click on a node you can use the split function to split the road and then add highway=construction to one section.

I did, sorry, saw the path wasn't connected to a road so thought I'd sort it, must've missed the noexit tag.
