Do these roads have signs stating no access or are they just privately maintained? access=private could likely prevent routers from providing directions to a friends to the house.

The building tag should remain as long as it is there. If it is just a roof tag it as building=roof + layer=1. Can you review this edit?

Looks like you added the AlPR device in the middle of the road. Is that correct?

Microdata_scraper is a plugin in for JOSM that looks for Schema.org information in from the website tag. It's great for pulling information into OSM with little work. See https://gitlab.com/vucod/microdata-scraping and schema.org.

BTW - I have been interested in schema.org for a long time.

Please correct the tagging of the footway. The access=private is sufficient. Besides, this is in a gated milliitary area.

I'm not sure what you are trying to accomplish, the steps are already tagged as private so the tag foot=private makes no sense. Please remove.

Your edit looks good. I'll send you some info on OSM in a message.

I am currious why the tag man_made=pier was removed from the north east most dock? It looks like part of a pier.

I don't believe there is a feature; just select and drag the nodes to the right location. Nodes can be added, buy double clicking on the way then dragged to match the image. I agree that it requires more work, but it save the history of the object.

This doesn't look like a motorway since it doesn't have limited access. See highway=motorway

You tagged the way as a track, which implies used by 4WD vehicles. highway=path is what we typically call a trail. Just checking to make sure you got the right type of way.

It looks like you acidentally dragged a node for overhead power lines. It has been fixed.

Mainly because I'm tired of SeO companies dumping trash in OSM that we have to fix. This one was close to just being deleted. Over the years, I've seen so many garbage SEO edits that I'm just tired of them.

Before continuing to add features from the cities open data could you please confirm that the data license is compatible to be imported into OSM? See osm.wiki/Import/Guidelines#Step_2:_License_approval

I haven't made many golf course edit, which is ironic since I live next to the 14th hole of a defunct course.
I did run a query which showed 24 edits likely involved. I can provide you a list if needed.

My suggestion is to quickly get your proposal document on the wiki, especially which tag you want to remove or change. Get that to the community and let's see what the consensus is. If there is major push back, then we may have to revert. I can help with that.

In OSM, unsanctioned trails are tagged as informal, informal=yes. Additionally, If the trails have posted signs such as no trespassing they can also be tagged as access=private. I'm going to revert this changeset since it does not comply with our wiki. See highway=path and access=*.

Basically if the path exists it can be added to OSM.
