I am not quite sure what this building is. Their site (https://www.hcesd16.org/) says "HCESD 16 is an Emergency Services District(ESD) - a political subdivision, or local government agency, of the State of Texas..."

So I am not quite sure how to tag the building (way/1346671959).

There are many parking areas here that need to be merged. See amenity=parking.

The name of this path needs to have "(Closed Section)" removed and replaced with tags to indicate the status of the trail. Is it under construction, abandoned, or something else?

Very many parking areas in this area are mapped wrong. They should be mapped as a contiguous area as described in the wiki under amenity=parking.

On the ground floor (addr:floor=1), there is a path between the two parts of the building, with a door on each side. On each of the remaining 5 floors of the building (up to addr:floor=6), the building parts are connected by an enclosed bridge.

What the heck is with all these "abandoned" railways? Do they really go through people's homes? If not, they should be removed.
