Buildings visibile on Bing, are they still there?

When surveying this area this modern build house looked somewhat unloved.

No longer a restaurant, but 4 holiday apartments (ground & first floor) IIRC

Most buildings have been demolished

Looks like there is some kind of right of way crossing the stream and connecting to Ffordd Cynlas. OS StreetView shows parts as a cased road broken at the stream, and property boundaries have a gap. Worth an investigation for anyone on the ground.

I suspect that Orchard Park is a mobile home park (i.e., residential) rather than a caravan site. 'Houses' are listed for sale & it has its own postcode LL68 9HS
