i'd say this is called Brodie's and not Bricks 'n' Mortar
I walked past here at like 12am a couple weeks ago and Brodie's sign was more prominent

I think it's called "Bricks 'n' Mortar" to differentiate from the more stand-like setup they have outside the City Hall
