If you're moving a business from one place to another, if it's a single node you can just drag it to its new location and update the tags. But if it's also a building it's probably simplest to create a new node in the new location and just remove the tags from the original building. Make sure to leave the original building and any tags like address details.

No worries, I've fixed it up and taken off the BTC tags

Please be careful when removing things as the building and address tags are still useful even if the business changes.
