I don't know this area, but the aerial and streetside imagery both suggest this is a collection of garages etc rather than a single building. Are you sure this is correct?

I seem to have caught the mapping bug again recently having discovered that higher res imagery is available :)

Sorry, just spotted this. I think there may have been two overlapping areas, so I was just trying to clean it up a little.
