I believe this bridge is open now, though I'm having a hard time finding reliable information about this.

This area has gone through a Major Reconstruction and reconfiguration.

The old Old Mill Road bridge has and Road have been demolished, and a new bridge with roundabouts at both sides constructed just west, the rest area exit no longer exits to the interstate, It exits to the off-ramp for the new Old Mill Road roundabout.

This will not be a small fix but this is just a note for editing in the area who would like to start working on it.
