To nie jest młyn (ani wiatrowy, ani wodny, ani żaden inny), więc ja bym to zmienił na coś w rodzaju https://taginfo.openstreetmap.org/tags/man_made=aerator (jeden już ktoś tak oznaczył). Nawet gdyby to była turbina wiatrowa, to zalecane jest inne tagowanie: power=generator + generator:source=wind

Moim zdaniem to jest zdecydowanie las - po lesie też można chodzić, też mogą być ławeczki itp. (np. Kampinos). Park jest w dużym stopniu aranżowany, las rośnie raczej sam, a ten konkretnie jest pozostałością Puszczy Mazowieckiej.

Pytanie też o "bazar na konduktroskiej" - na pewno nie jest to właściwy tag, bo to nie jest sklep, jeśli już to targowisko (amenity=marketplace), ale też nigdy o nim nie słyszałem.
