The toilets do no longer exist. Unfortunately no new toilets are there yet so for the time being this info is wrong. I can't give any info because I found out myself that they are no longer there when I needed them. They've been there before.

I don't think this will be ever completed. There are no signs of any construction work going on on any of the buildings in this row.

It's just someone's house. Maybe there was a restaurant there at one point, but there are no signs of it existing anymore.
