It has been marked with access=private tags so now it is up to data-users and the general public to respect that.

I'm sure there are signs on the ground indicating the status of the road. If people are willing to ignore those, I don't think there's much else you can do except for typical things such as physical barriers or law enforcement.

If you do erect physical barriers, please feel free to add those to the map since that would correspond to physical reality, but in the meantime please refrain from deleting paths which are clearly visible from satellite.

This isn't necessary because there are lots of tags in OSM which describe exactly what the object is and what its features are. They are generally findable on the wiki osm.wiki/Main_Page

I just wanted to ask, did you take that photo yourself, the one stored in Google Drive?
If so, would you consider uploading it to something like Panoramax (if it has GPS tags) or Wikimedia Commons? That would be a little more in line with the free and open source nature of OSM.
