White sign or yellow sign? maxspeed:advisory is for the yellow signs, maxspeed for the white ones. The advisory signs are usually lower than the speed limits.

I meant more in terms of best practice, it's best to include the street name if it's missing.

Street names on sidewalks are extremely useful to pedestrians (especially blind).
