Oh, man, you have no idea... Looks like you're in my neck of the woods. I've aligned thousands and thousands of street ever since I discovered OSM sometime in November last year.

Yeah, I just moved down to Fremont (Niles) from Hayward, where I was doing the same. We are so lucky to have the USGS Urban Area layer, but I'm finding some surprises as I go out and learn my new hometown.
