Why? Maybe good to discuss this in a forum post (though I won't participate soon: hiking season has started...)

Thanks! The village is available on cadastre so would be a good candidate to try out importing building data. I'll be passing through regularly now that it's on the way to Pleven from Sofia.

The rename is recent, so not all pages of the airport's website are updated. It is mentioned on the home page: "Parking made easy at Vasil Levski Sofia Airport: ..." "Sofia Airport" is of course used a lot (the previous name of Vrazhdebna was never popular), including in the airport's logo, so I added brand=Sofia Airport). I can imagine that the renaming hasn't become popular in Spanish yet. The other issue here is whether to include generic parts of names. The Bulgarian community generally avoids it (for instance "street" is never included in the name of streets). The Spanish community may have a different attitude. The question is if the geographic or the language community's practices takes precedence.

There was still an information board about Indonesia outside last time I was there a month ago. Maybe this is the Indonesian ambassador's residence?

I removed the Spanish name of the airport because the official name is Васил Левски (Vasil Levski). If the official Spanish name is different than Vasil Levski, it can be added.
I removed the English and Spanish names of Obelya metro station because they are not different from the one in int_name (which should contain the name in Latin script transliterated from Cyrillic according to the Bulgarian transliteration law, so I also removed Obelia from it). I removed "Monumento" from the Spanish name of the memorial to Petko and Pencho Slaveyko because the information that it is a monument is already contained in the historic=memorial tag. If you have comments on my other edits, let me know and we'll discuss them :)

I reverted your edit because of osm.wiki/Good_practice#Don't_map_historic_events_and_historic_features (the existing remainders are already mapped)

It's been a long time, so I don't remember but I probably added the addresses based on cadastre data. Both are No. 2 according to cadastre, so to differentiate between them, probably one should be 2A

Thank you! :)

Sorry, I mean Malinova dolina

As you can see, my surveys are slowly moving south through Studentski grad, so I hope to soon reach Manastirski livadi and check completion of buildings there. If you want you could wait for that.

So which business did the pastry shop replace? In that building there are 4 shop spaces, until recently occupied by Pavillion24, a shoemaker, a watchmaker, and a fireplace shop. In the next building is Promarket supermarket. Where is the new pastry shop?

It doesn't block the recycling quest in SC...
There are a couple of those in Studentski grad too

Like so many times before, you made a complete mess out of your edits and I'm getting so sick of repairing the damage that I'm considering to ask for a ban of your account.
- You added a new shop node at almost exactly the location of an already existing shop (a watchmaker). If the new shop replaces the old one, please update the tags of the existing shop node instead of creating a new one.
- you added address tags while the node is inside a building that already has address tags. Please don't add address tags unless the address is different from that of the building, and if so, use the spelling of the nearby street in Cyrillic. There is usually no need to add anything but the street name and house number because software can determine the rest.
- Please check the format of the opening hours here opening_hours=* You failed to include a ; to separate the day ranges
- this time you got the phone number format right! It should always start with +359 for Bulgaria

Hi, please consider if Баничарница is really the name of the shop, and not a description of it. I think I would tag it with noname=yes + description=Баничарница Unfortunately we don't have a better tag than shop=bakery for something as special as a Баничарница

The difference is small, but iD makes teh difference between "Managed Forest" (landuse=forest) and "Natural Wood" (natural=wood) Borisova Gradina is definitely not natural (all trees are planted) and managed (fallen trees on paths are removed). It's not something I want to spend much time on though...

You added a lot of individual trees around the new CSKA stadium. To me it looks like a small forest that I would have mapped with as an area with landuse=forest (a managed forest, so not natural=wood). Why didn't you?

Unfortunately there are many bad examples, so it's not unusual to doit like you did. I want to start a thread about it on the Bulgaria forum

Thank you for adding so many street names to the map of Sofia! However, please note that we have a tag int_name= to add names transliterated from Cyrillic to Latin script. Unfortunately it's not as easily available in iD as name:en= but strictly speaking a transliterated name is not in the English language but still in Bulgarian (just using a different script). Could you please use int_name= for transliterated names?
Please also consult highway=residential and service=driveway

Are you sure it's access=no and not access=private? There must be a reason why that road is there...
